Jumax Foam manufactures 100% Filler-Free foam in roll form with good adhesion properties for Lamination purposes. The same is used, in lamination of PVC and Fabric for car seat covers. Densities ranging from 18 to 50 Kg/m3 can be made in various widths as desired by customers.

Flame Retardant (FR) foam is made especially for the Automotive Industry.Special additives are used where the fire retardant property of the foam is of utmost importance. Here the property of foam is that it is self – extinguishing.

We specialize and undertake job work for Moulded Flexible Polyurethane Foam for the Automotive Industry. We are equipped with 3 imported PU Injection Moulding Machines with support infrastructure of 3 carousel lines with Mould Heating Systems. Moreover, we use 100 % imported raw materials from reputed chemical manufacturers to ensure best quality products at the most reasonable prices. We also provide infrastructure for undertaking new developments for moulded foam components free of cost at our facility. We are pioneers in manufacturing Recycled Foam/Rebonded Foam that comprises of densities from 90 to 200 Kg per m3 for inserts in automobiles. These inserts are coated with adhesives and pasted in various places in vehicles to reduce the vibration. As per the needs of our customers, we can manufacture Rebonded Foam in the following colors – White, Black and Multicolor with chip sizes ranging from 6 MM to 18 MM.

We manufacture speciality Hard Foam used for making Sunvisors in cars. This foam is hard in nature, and molds easily to the shape of the Sunvisors. Densities are available up to 36 – 40 kg per m3 in automobiles with Fire Retardant (FR) properties.

We are providing lamination facilities to a host of tier-1 fabric suppliers of leading automotive companies. We have an in-house installed lamination capacity of approximately 100,000 meters per month. The end quality of the laminated PVC/fabric is enhanced by the use of 100% filler-free PU foam. In some cases, the foam is laminated with a premium circular knitted fabric, which is used in the manufacturing of leather seat covers.
