In tune with the high quality foam produced by us, Jumax has now added value to the supply chain by introducing Die cut Components for a host of industries from Packaging to Automotive and Footwear to name a few. Die cut Components can be provided in High Density flexible PU Foam as well as Super High Density Rebonded/Chip foam.
We provide Die Cut foam in custom cut shapes and configurations for a broad range of applications. A thin layer of adhesive is transferred on cut components along with a layer of paper. The paper is then peeled and the component stuck on to its application.
