We are one of the few Foam Manufacturers, who produce this type of speciality foam especially for Sport Shoes Uppers.
Anti UV Foam have additives, which delays the yellowing of the foam that occurs due to oxidation by combined action of oxygen and light. The same is used in lamination of Mesh with foam for white colored shoes, thus retaining the original white color in the shoe upper. Anti UV Foam can be manufactured from over 30 kg per m3 density.
DENSITY | COLORS | APPLICATIONS |
32±2 Anti UV foam |
White | Laminated with mesh for making the tongue of the shoe upper. |
50±2 Anti UV foam |
White | Die-cut into a collar of shoe upper |
Jumax Foam’s in-house lamination facility provides a dual advantage to shoe manufacturers-
Our premium quality 100% filler-free foam is used for lamination of uppers, which makes the shoe,long-lasting and durable. Moreover, this foam has high elongation and compression qualities, which makes it ideal for this purpose.
Shoe manufactures have the advantage of reducing their inventory, saving storage space at their facilities as we can provide laminated fabric directly to the companies.

We manufacture PUF with high load bearing capacity specifically used for Collar, Tongue and the Sole of the shoe. This type of foam helps add support, comfort and durability and has a high support factor. It is available for densities ranging from 25- 50 kg per m3.
In keeping up with new developments, we have recently developed Hard Foam of density -50 kg per m3. This is solely used in the counter (support for ankle). Our High Density Recycled Foam is also being tested and used in insoles.
Jumax Foam has gone a step ahead in providing value-added services to the Footwear Industry. We have started the facility of providing Die-cut foam components for shoes, directly to the manufacturer instead of just selling PU Foam rolls/sheets at a fraction of a cost. Saving storage space area at their facilities. Reduction in the inventory of foam sheets/rolls | No disposal of foam scrap | Reduced Labor hassles | Savings in electricity and machinery maintenance cost.
