At present, we have an installed capacity of 50,000 meters per month of Lamination of foam with PVC, fabric and Mesh. Laminated foam is used in manufacturing of car seats, headliners, loose seat cover, shoes, helmet liners, theatre seats and more.
We use high quality non-woven and circular knitted fabric backers to provide optimum support to main fabric.
Foam for lamination is available from densities of 18 -40 kg per m3 in various widths and thicknesses depending on the end use application.
Lamination with only 100% filler-free foam used, thus enhancing the quality of PVC/Fabric.
Options for existing foam customers to get lamination done in house, thus saving on logistics cost of transportation of foam especially in long distances.
