The quilting layer of a mattress is a part of the mattress cover itself and is the top cushioning layer of a mattress. Like other layers it can perform a dual function especially when we are using PU foam in quilting.
In traditional fill,the materials can feel very soft to touch, but it does not necessarily improve a mattresses’ ability to relieve pressure and can in some cases even reduce it over time. There are numerous advantages of using 100% Filler-free foam instead of traditional fill as it adds certain beneficial properties like- breathability, temperature regulation, extra softness and to the mattress.
Jumax Foam’s in-house facility contains a State—of—the—art computerized Quilting Machinery, which can produce over 200 designs.We undertake quilting on job work basis at competitive prices using our 100% Filler-free foam. The fabrics received from our customers are quilted with foams ranging from 5 mm and above with a 12 GSM non-woven fabric.
Quilting is possible in widths of –36", 48", 60", 72" & 75" with thicknesses varying from 3 mm onwards.
